Big Papa’s BBQ is proud to serve a wide selection of deep southern style hickory smoked meats and a variety of homemade side dishes for our holiday menu this year.

  • Hickory smoked standing prime rib roast with au jus sauce. A popular holiday favorite! 

  • Hickory smoked leg of lamb with a Cabernet sauce or mint sauce.

  • Hickory smoked lamb ribs with a Cabernet or mint sauce

  • Our popular smoked breast of turkey with our brisket or turkey gravy, both made from scratch.

  • Hickory smoked pulled pork with your choice of one or all of our renown regional BBQ sauces

  • Our signature southern style hickory smoked beef brisket with your choice of au jus sauce or your choice of one or all of our BBQ sauces.

  • Our piquant hot link sausage, served with our popular Carolina BBQ sauce.

  • This year, we are excited to add our holiday menu our Rocky Mountain hickory smoked big beef back and bison back ribs. A pleasing Colorado style holiday feast!

As always, we offer our holiday selection of side dishes such as corn bread dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole, and mustard greens. Any of our signature side dishes are available upon request!
