Catering Policies
If a scheduled catering event is cancelled within 48 hours, a fee of 30% of the bill will be charged to the credit card on record.
Due to escalating costs, a small delivery fee will apply to catered events and deliveries. This will be automatically listed on all proposals.
Once a full service catering proposal is accepted, we will require a credit card to reserve your event date. This card will be debited in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled catering.
A gratuity of 18% of the bill will be added to all full service caterings. A gratuity of 15% for deliveries is recommended and always appreciated.
Big Papa's BBQ will not be responsible for arrangements made with third party rental companies and outside vendors.
