Choose one to three of our signature sauces to compliment your meal:
- A slightly sweet tomato based sauce flavored with pepper and brown sugar. This sauce is excellent for ribs, although some BBQ pursuits enjoy this on pork and chicken.
- A very sweet tomato based sauce flavored with dark molasses and spices. Very popular in the Carolina and Georgia regions of the BBQ belt.
- A rich, spicy, mustard-based sauce. Especially good on pork or chicken. Very popular in the Carolina and Georgia regiona of the BBQ belt.
- An old family recipe from North Florida, this is Big Papa's sauce for Chicken. A slightly spicy tomato based sauce with a hint of vinegar and molasses.
